FX Pricing – 2013 Christmas and New Year Schedule

As we approach the year’s end, we would like to thank all of our clients for trading with us. 2013 has been a year of technology and innovation for Vantage. We’ve made significant improvements to our trading infrastructure, released new trading software on a wide range of mobile devices, and provided more flexibility than ever with the introduction of our 24-hour, secure multi-currency payment gateway.

Trading During the Holiday Period

Due to upcoming public holidays, our support desk and market open times will have modified hours. Our office will be closed on the 25th and 26th of December 2013, and on the 1st of January 2014. Please find market open times below:

Please note CFD’s will follow the general exchange hours.

From the time that pricing ceases, until pricing next opens, no trading will be possible and support staff will not be available. Markets over the holiday season are generally thin; in turn this can result in significant short term moves. We recommend that you carefully consider your open positions and orders in light of this.

Funding During the Holiday Period

Our 24-hour instant credit/debit card funding will be available throughout the entire holiday period. All other funding methods will not be processed on days the office is closed. Please allow for longer processing times due to various bank holidays.

We will cover all credit/debit card fees for deposits of $1,000 or more until the 31st of December. Full details available here. If you opt to fund with less than $1,000 please remember there is a 1.8% fee for AUD deposits and a 3% fee for non-AUD deposits (charged by National Australia Bank).
