Upcoming system maintenance
As part of our commitment to providing the best reliability and service to our customers, we are planning a separate maintenance in our NY, LD, TY and HK data centers on Jan 30th, 2021.
As a result, we will be conducting maintenance according to the schedule below.
Start date and time: 2021-01-30 06:00 EST
End date and time: 2021-01-30 09:00 EST
The impact of this change for LD, TY and HK will be limited to one of your MT4 Data center server services or MT5 Access Server services in these data centers. We expect minimal network disruption to the end MT4/MT5 users during this period. Some end users might be re-routed automatically to another DC/AS momentarily.
For NY data center, the impact of this change will be limited to your systems and/or backup systems hosted there. Access to your MT4/MT5 server service and/or oneZero Hub service may be unavailable sporadically during this time frame.
No action is required by our customers. Your services will come back online at the end of the maintenance.
